A short Bio

Natália is an internationally-recognised speaker and trainer, having spoken around the world and worked with clients from many different nationalities.

"With 25+ years of experience, ranging from academia/teaching and research, to policy-making in a multinational setting, executive management/C-suite, and more recently training and coaching, I love to combine my passion for behavioural sciences and personal development with the lessons-learned from my own personal journey to bring others (evidence-based) insights and inspiration to act in a transformational way."

From her first international academic presentation in Sevilla/Spain in the early 2000s, to keynote speeches in South Korea, to online and in-person workshops and corporate trainings in several countries, Natália has proven to be a versatile and knowledgeable speaker on several topics.

She is a proud member (and past President) of an international Rotary Club, the Co-Manager of ACCESS-Netherlands Training Network and the supervisor of many Master/MBA students over the years.
