A little about me
Hi, I’m Natália :) and I have been living abroad my home country of Portugal for almost 20 years now.
It has been an amazing adventure but I’ve also seen how many international professionals struggle to create the fulfilling life they imagined abroad. I have helped hundreds of international professionals to reach the next level of their career and live more fulfilling and happier lives through my events, trainings, programmes, and individual as well as group coaching.
Indeed, after 25 years working across countries and in different sectors (including at the executive level, academia/research and policy-making), I am now a Career & Life Coach, as well as trainer, professional speaker and university professor, in addition to volunteering in different organisations. During Covid, I picked up crochet as a hobby, but I'll always truly love solving a 1000+piece jigsaw puzzle! :)
